Job Description

As an experienced Accountant, your role will involve preparing MIS reports and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies & Procedures (DOA & SOP). You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Conducting and facing internal audits and IFC Audits will also be a part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Preparation of MIS - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies & Procedures (DOA & SOP) - Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Conduct & Facing internal audits and IFC Audits - Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate cash management - Provide financial analysis (Income & Expense) and insights to support Operation team - Manage and supervise junior accounting staff Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting - Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting - Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be responsible for managing and supervising junior accounting staff. This role is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is a day shift with the opportunity for a performance bonus. Please note that this position requires in-person work at the specified location.,
