Job Description

Account Assistant

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, payments).
  • Support in vendor invoice checking & payment processing.
  • Maintain cash & bank books, prepare deposit/withdrawal slips.
  • Assist in reconciliation of bank statements, debtors & creditors.
  • Prepare & maintain petty cash records.
  • Support in monthly closing & journal entries.
  • Filing & maintaining all accounting documents.
  • Assist in GST, TDS data preparation for returns.
  • Coordinate with internal departments & vendors for payment/collection.
  • Provide basic MIS reports to Senior Accountant/Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
