Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management
Ensure timely closing of accounts
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors

Compliance & Regulatory

Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Handle statutory filings and returns (GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, ROC, etc.)
Monitor changes in laws and ensure timely implementation
Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation
Conduct internal compliance reviews and audits
Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities
