Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Services Associate to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves validating requests and managing purchase orders (POs) within the client application, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements. If you're a quick learner with strong Excel skills and flexible to work night shifts, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Validate incoming procurement requests based on client specifications
Create and update Purchase Orders (POs) in the client application
Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement tasks
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues
Maintain documentation and records of procurement activities

Requirements

12 years of experience (open to freshers with relevant skills)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data handling, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts

Schedule & Location

Shift:

5:30 PM 3:00 AM IST

Monday to Friday
