You will be responsible for preparing commission workings and sharing them with the operator/operation team. It is essential to update the operation team regularly and initiate the renewal of distributorship/management agreements. You will handle all the legal processes/documentation related to agreement renewal submitted by the branch team. Furthermore, you will assist LCO/Distributors in preparing and understanding commission invoicing. Regular follow-ups with LCO/Distributors and the operation team for commission invoicing are crucial. You will also be involved in special rate tagging in Wallet and managing the entire process from raising tickets to updating information from the branch account team. Additionally, you will support the operation team in preparing credit note workings and creating IOMs submitted to the Ho Team. Maintaining a commission invoice submission tracker and a commission agreement master file will be part of your responsibilities. You will be tasked with collection and CN/DN forecasting. It is important to communicate with LCOs/Distributors/Operation team before the deposition of cheques and handle cheque bounce communication with the operation team. Moreover, you will prepare SOA of Distributors as and when required and ensure accounting-related resolutions for all Partners/LCO/Vendors. Location: Chennai,
