You are an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) / Accounting Package (AP) Certified Senior Developer / Developer who will be joining our remote team. With a proven track record in Salesforce development, customization, and integration, along with deep expertise in FSC and AP modules, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions using FSC and AP modules. You will customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validations, and approval processes, while also developing and maintaining Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and integrations. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and translating them into technical solutions will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for system testing, debugging, and performance optimization, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. For the Senior Developer role, you may also lead or mentor junior developers and manage deployments using Salesforce DX, change sets, or CI/CD tools. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using FSC and AP modules. - Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validations, and approval processes. - Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and integrations. - Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Perform system testing, debugging, and performance optimization. - Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. - Lead or mentor junior developers (for Senior Developer role). - Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, change sets, or CI/CD tools. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Salesforce FSC and/or AP certification mandatory. - 8+ years of Salesforce development experience. - Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL. - Hands-on experience in FSC customization and Accounting Package module. - Good understanding of Salesforce data model and security model. - Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. - Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. **Good To Have:** - Other Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, etc.). - Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Exposure to large-scale, enterprise-level Salesforce implementations. **Educational Qualification:** - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.,
