You should excel in creating, implementing, and selling Air Itineraries, Tours, and Packages worldwide, and have the ability to anticipate client needs and preferences. Additionally, you will be required to manage high call volumes and email communications in English, work both independently and collaboratively, and engage in outbound calls, correspondence, quoting, creating new accounts, reporting, and special campaigns. Building strong relationships with new prospects and suppliers, negotiating deals, and staying informed about market competition are also key aspects of the role. Ideal candidates will demonstrate proficiency in Sabre/Galileo GDS for booking, managing reservations, and reporting, as well as possess a solid understanding of travel industry trends, visa restrictions, and regulatory changes.
