Accounting Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 2+ years of experience in accounting and proficiency in Tally ERP 9. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting procedures, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records using Tally ERP 9.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, perform bank reconciliations, and update general ledger entries.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other tax filings in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Process invoices, payments, and expenses efficiently.
• Assist in budget preparation, financial analysis, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors, vendors, and other financial stakeholders.
• Generate and analyse financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (M.Com is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and a solid understanding of accounting procedures.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling MIS reports and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and other accounting software.

Pay: From ₹303,908.66 per year
