Accounting Clerk

As an Accounting Clerk at our company, your role will involve handling day-to-day accounting tasks independently. Your solid accounting background and strong knowledge of accounting systems will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Perform day-to-day Excel entries and maintain accurate accounting records. - Prepare invoices and verify supporting documents. - Reconcile ledgers, journals, and bank statements. - Generate MIS reports and submit them to management in a timely manner. - Ensure all GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents are prepared. - Verify vendor invoices and ensure settlements are made on time. - Report to senior management for necessary approvals and reviews. Desired Candidate Profile: - Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. - Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience. - Skills required: - Proficiency in Tally Prime and other accounting/log software. - Advanced MS Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas. - Thorough understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and effective communication skills.
