Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Cost Accounting: Track job costs, budget versus actual expenditures, commitments, and cost-to-complete metrics.
Financial Reporting & MIS: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual project financial statements, balance sheets, and management information system (MIS) reports.
Fund & Cash Management: Manage construction draw requests, lender reporting, working capital, and cash flow forecasting.
Vendor & Contract Billing: Verify and process contractor bills, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
Statutory Compliance: Handle local tax obligations including GST, TDS returns, and industry-specific regulations like RERA compliance.
Audit Coordination: Manage internal and external year-end audits and finalize books of accounts.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s/Master degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience: 3 to 6 years of progressive accounting experience, with specific focus in real estate development or construction

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
