Job Description – Accounts Executive

Position Overview

VEDHA Architects is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support purchase and billing activities related to construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, ledger management, invoice verification, and construction-related accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily construction-related accounting records and perform data entry.
• Manage ledgers and maintain accurate financial transactions.
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations using Tally.
• Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Manage vendor bills, payment records, and outstanding balances.
• Provide day-to-day purchase support and maintain purchase records.
• Assist with account reconciliation and financial documentation.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Com, M.Com, or any relevant degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• strong expertise in Tally.
• Knowledge of ledger management, invoice verification, and bill processing.
• Experience in construction or real estate accounting will be an advantage.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
