Location: Devanahalli,Koramanagla Bangalore / Chennai
Industry: Hospitality / Hotel Industry
Experience: Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience
Salary Budget: ₹20,000 – ₹27,000 per month, depending on skills and experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle purchase entries, sales entries, invoices, and payment records.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
• Assist in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and petty cash management.
• Maintain bills, vouchers, and supporting documents for audit purposes.
• Coordinate with hotel operations and the corporate finance team.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports as required.
• Ensure timely and accurate accounting entries and documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of accounting experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is mandatory.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain financial accuracy and meet deadlines.
