Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance - B.Com / M.Com Finance
• 1 to 2 years of experience as an Accountant
• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table), and accounting principles
• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain general ledger, manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, and pass daily journal entries in Tally Prime.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
• Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer ledger reconciliation
• Taxation & Compliance: Handle GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS calculation and return filing, PF/ESI, and assist with Income Tax audit
• Invoicing & Payments: Generate tax invoices, e-way bills, track payments, and follow up on outstanding dues
• Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing, salary statements, and Form 16 preparation
• Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Inventory Accounting: Maintain stock records, costing, and inventory valuation - important for manufacturing

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
