Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Accountant with good administrative knowledge to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, and general office-related activities. The candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily financial transactions, invoices, bills, vouchers, and accounting records.

- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.

- Manage bank reconciliation, petty cash, and expense tracking.

- Prepare sales, purchase, and expense reports.

- Maintain accurate financial records using Tally and MS Excel.

- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.

- Support payroll processing and maintain employee attendance and salary records.

- Maintain company documents, files, and financial reports.

- Coordinate with banks, vendors, auditors, and other external parties.

- Monitor office expenses, stationery, and other administrative requirements.

- Prepare financial statements and reports as required by management.

- Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of accounting and administrative tasks.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.

- Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.

- Basic understanding of payroll and office administration.

- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and meet deadlines.

Salary

₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
