We require Accountant for our Chemical & Polymer trading company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, ensuring timely tax filings, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
Basic Administrative and accounting workRecord daily accounting entries, including purchase entries, sales entries, and banking transactions.Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial statements.Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.Filing returns related to GST, Professional tax, TDS Returns and other returns.Coordinating with Sales and logistics teamAnalyzing data on excel and generating reportsHandling Import documentationHandle all functions of accounts receivable including debtors/creditors reconciliation
