Handle
day-to-day accounting entries
in Tally / ERP software.
Manage
accounts payable and receivable
, vendor bills, and client payments.
Prepare and maintain
project-wise cost sheets and expense reports
.
Ensure proper filing and compliance for
GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
.
Prepare
bank reconciliations, journal vouchers, and ledgers
.
Coordinate with
project sites
for verification of bills, payments, and expenses.
Assist in
preparing MIS reports
, trial balance, and financial statements.
Support during
internal and external audits
.
Monitor
cash flow, vendor advances, and site petty cash utilization
.
Ensure accurate accounting as per company policy and standard practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
Experience:
3 8 years in
Real Estate / Construction Accounting
Software Skills:
Tally Prime / ERP, MS Excel, MS Office
Knowledge of:
GST, TDS, and Accounting Standards
Preferred Background:
Experience with
real estate developers, builders, or construction firms
.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical ability, accuracy, communication, and integrity.
Languages:
English, Hindi (preferred)
