Roles & Responsibilities
ONLY FEMALES
Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime
Handle year-end accounting activities in Tally:
Transfer data to next financial year
Pass year-end adjustment entries
Verify and finalize opening & closing balances
Prepare monthly MIS reports, including:
Monthly Production Sheet (Excel)
Sales & Purchase Reports – Item-wise and Party-wise (Excel & Tally)
Accurate Expenditure Report from Tally
Prepare Debtors & Creditors Overdue Statements and monitor outstanding balances
Send payment follow-up emails and coordinate with customers for collections
Handle official email communication with customers, vendors, banks & consultants
Manage GST compliance:
Prepare data and assist in filing GSTR-3B
GST reconciliation and reporting
Handle TDS compliance:
Deduction, accounting and preparation of TDS data
Manage ESI records & statutory compliance
Record and verify power/electricity bills and other statutory expenses
Prepare monthly salary statements and payroll-related data
Perform bank reconciliation and monitor bank transactions
Maintain proper documentation & filing of vouchers, reports
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely reporting
Mandatory Skills
Strong expertise in Tally Prime, including year-end processes
Strong MS Excel skills
Good working knowledge of GST, TDS & ESI
Professional email drafting & follow-up skills
High attention to accuracy, compliance & timelines
Eligibility Criteria
Female candidates only
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
