Accountant-SAP

As an Accountant with SAP knowledge for our consulting client in Gurgaon, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day accounting tasks using SAP (FI/CO or related modules) - Record journal entries, process invoices, and maintain general ledgers - Perform reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer) - Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities - Generate standard financial reports from SAP - Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and reporting standards - Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams (including late evening calls) - Provide support for audits and financial reviews To qualify for this role, you should meet the following key requirements: - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com preferred) - 3 to 4 years of Financial accounting experience, with at least 2 years of SAP experience - Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and financial processes - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP tools (SAP required) - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Should be flexible with working hours - Immediate joiners are preferred Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position.
