ACCOUNTANT

You are a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant sought after to join a Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm. Your role will involve handling accounting operations, maintaining financial records, managing tax filings, and assisting in audits under the guidance of senior Chartered Accountants. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledgers. - Prepare and finalize balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial reports. - Handle GST filing, TDS, and income tax returns for clients. - Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits. - Prepare and verify vouchers, journal entries, and invoices. - Support clients in compliance with accounting standards and tax laws. - Maintain documentation for audits and financial review purposes. - Coordinate with auditors, clients, and tax departments as required. - Utilize accounting software such as Tally, Tally Prime, Busy, or ERP systems. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance. - 5-6 years of experience working in a CA firm or accounting environment. - Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliances. - Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines. - Good communication and team coordination skills.
