ACCOUNTANT

As a candidate for the role, you will be responsible for leading company share issue procedures including company valuation processes, preparation of projections, and statutory document preparation for stakeholders and ROC. Your role will involve communicating with valuers to explain projections and the rationale behind them. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing share issue offer documents, ensuring proper documentation for company statutory meetings, facilitating resolution passing, and communicating with ROC. Moreover, you will be responsible for preparing budgets and conducting periodic analysis to compare them with actual financial performance. Preferred Skills: - Pursuing or recent postgraduates of MCom - Proficiency in Excel & Tally - Ability to work independently - Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills - Good communication skills, both verbal and written In addition to the above responsibilities, the company offers benefits such as life insurance and provident fund.
