Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions using Tally ERP 9, handling export and import procedures, coordinating dispatch activities, filing GST returns, and ensuring TDS compliance. Your role will involve maintaining accurate financial records and liaising with customs to ensure regulatory requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: - Handle Tally Management tasks such as posting entries, maintaining ledgers, and generating financial reports in Tally ERP 9. - Manage export and import documentation and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations. - Coordinate with the logistics team for timely dispatch of goods/services, ensuring accuracy in all dispatch-related documentation. - Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time, in compliance with GST regulations. - Ensure correct TDS deductions, documentation, and timely remittance. File TDS returns as per applicable provisions. Qualification Required: - Graduation in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field. Additional Details: You will need 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with expertise in GST return filing, TDS, export/import procedures, and invoicing. Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 is essential. Strong communication skills are required for effective coordination within the team and with external agencies.
