Job Description

self-reliant and experienced Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain
accurate books of accounts
.
Prepare and post
journal entries, vouchers, and reconciliations
.
Handle
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
, and
Bank Reconciliation
independently.
Prepare
GST and TDS returns
, and ensure timely statutory compliance.
Manage
invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense tracking
.
Generate
monthly MIS reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements
.
Support
audit processes
and coordinate with internal/external auditors.
Maintain and update data using
accounting software and MS Excel
.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in
Commerce / Accounting / Finance
.
4 to 7 years
of accounting experience, preferably in
Manufacturing or Hotel industry
.
Sound knowledge of
GST, TDS, and general accounting principles
.
Proficiency in
Tally / ERP accounting software and MS Excel
.
Ability to
work independently
, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
