Accountant (R2R)

You will be part of the skilled Accountant (R2R) role with the opportunity to champion the Global Financial Services Division at Caterpillar Inc. As part of the team, you will have the chance to make an impact on maintaining financial records, creating insightful financial reports, and participating in special projects to ensure compliance with accounting procedures. - Maintain financial records following GAAP and organizational standards. - Create reports on financial performance with insightful analysis for internal and external use. - Participate in special projects and ad hoc reporting requests as needed. - Implement and adhere to internal controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP. - Hold a 3-4 years Accounting Degree or equivalent. - Professional Certification from CA/CMA institute/US CPA/CMA preferable. - Possess 2 years of relevant experience in captive accounting service centers or large corporates with Manufacturing & Service nature of business. - Basic proficiency in handling multiple ERPs and varied accounting tools. - Basic skills in data analytics and interpretation of results. - Understanding of accounting/business issues.
