Accountant

Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, handle taxation compliance, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting transactions and financial records.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare invoices, bills, payment records, and expense reports.
• Handle GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliances.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
• Maintain records of employee reimbursements and other business expenses.
• Payment Follow ups over calls.
• Ensure timely payments, collections, and accurate documentation.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• 4-5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Tally, Advance MS Excel, GST, and TDS.
• Understanding of accounting principles and taxation compliance.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skill.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
