Job Description

Job Summary:

Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze
revenue reports
on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Record and reconcile
revenue transactions
in accordance with accounting policies and standards.
Support monthly and quarterly
financial closing activities
, including revenue recognition and adjustments.
Monitor customer accounts and coordinate with related departments to ensure accurate billing and collections.
Maintain proper documentation for all revenue-related entries.
Assist in preparing management reports and financial summaries as required.
Identify process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
12 years of accounting experience, preferably with a focus on
revenue accounting or financial reporting
.
Strong Excel skills
(pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data analysis).
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Oracle, or similar).
Good understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a
remote environment
.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred:

Experience in the
entertainment or service industry
.
Knowledge of
data visualization tools
(e.g., Power BI, Google Sheets advanced functions) is a plus.
