Job Description

You are looking for a Fresher / Experienced candidate in nadathara (14k-18k) to join as an Office Assistant. Your main responsibilities will include: - Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail. - Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed. - Maintaining files. - Welcoming visitors to your office. - Answering phone calls. - Taking and delivering messages. - Ensuring the office runs smoothly. In addition to the above key responsibilities, the company values reliability, organization, and excellent client-facing communication skills in the successful applicant. If you have experience working in a fast-paced office environment and enjoy setting up organizational systems, this role is for you. The job may require occasional overtime and weekend work. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively with little to no supervision and handle multiple tasks simultaneously without feeling overwhelmed. Qualification Required: - Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) is preferred. - Experience: 1 year of experience in Accounting is preferred.
