Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an Auditor’s Office

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with 5–8 years of overall experience and a strong background in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, ESI, and PF and preferably have worked in an Auditor’s Office for at least 3 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial records.
• Handle GST preparation, filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
• Manage TDS calculations, payments, returns, and related documentation.
• Handle ESI & PF calculations, payments, filings, and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain statutory and financial records.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements as required.
• Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory regulations.
• Review accounting entries and maintain accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ESI & PF.
• Practical experience in accounting and statutory compliance.
• Minimum 3 years of Auditor’s Office experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Proficiency in Tally / accounting software and MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet statutory deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• M.Com qualified.
• 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in an Auditor’s Office.
• Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, ESI, and PF.
• Able to independently handle accounting and statutory compliance activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
