About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Manage daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, and general ledger. 2. Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. 3. Monitor cash flow and ensure operational liquidity. 4. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other regulatory guidelines. 5. Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and external agencies. 6. Lead, mentor, and train the accounts team to maintain high performance standards. 7. Analyze financial data to support strategic business planning. 8. Recommend improvements to financial processes and systems. 9. Collaborate with other departments to support business goals. 10. Stay updated with industry best practices and evolving financial regulations.
