About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Tax Compliance Preparing and filing tax returns (corporate, individual, partnership, etc.) Ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal tax regulations Handling statutory tax audits and documentation 2. Tax Planning & Advisory Advising clients on tax-efficient structures and transactions Identifying tax savings opportunities Planning for year-end taxes and estimated tax payments 3. Representation & Dispute Resolution Representing clients in tax audits and assessments Managing tax disputes and appeals with tax authorities Responding to tax notices and inquiries 4. Indirect Tax Services Managing GST/VAT compliance, filings, and refunds Advising on indirect tax structuring and impact Providing support in customs duties and excise matters Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: have minimum 1 years of experience are from Mumbai only Salary: ₹ 2,00,000 - 6,80,000 /year Experience: 1 year(s) Deadline: 2025-06-05 23:59:59 Other perks: Health Insurance Skills required: Accounting, Tally, Auditing, English Proficiency (Spoken), Income Tax and GST Other Requirements: 1. Educational Background Bcom, Mcom, or a Master’s in Taxation, Accounting 2. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of direct and indirect tax laws Familiarity with tax software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or CCH) Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis 3.
