About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Tax Compliance Preparing and filing tax returns (corporate, individual, partnership, etc.) Ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal tax regulations Handling statutory tax audits and documentation 2. Tax Planning & Advisory Advising clients on tax-efficient structures and transactions Identifying tax savings opportunities Planning for year-end taxes and estimated tax payments 3. Representation & Dispute Resolution Representing clients in tax audits and assessments Managing tax disputes and appeals with tax authorities Responding to tax notices and inquiries 4. Technical Skills Strong knowledge of direct and indirect tax laws Familiarity with tax software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or CCH) Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis 3.
