Accountant Internship

You will be responsible for preparing customer invoices for IT projects, AMC contracts, and service renewals. Your role will involve coordinating with project, sales, and support teams to ensure billing accuracy and approvals. Additionally, you will be processing vendor bills, reimbursements, and petty cash. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare customer invoices for IT projects, AMC contracts, and service renewals - Coordinate with project, sales, and support teams for billing accuracy and approvals - Process vendor bills, reimbursements, and petty cash - Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with GST, TDS, and other tax filings - Support in internal and external audits with proper documentation - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies - Maintain accurate records of software license purchases, renewals, and IT assets for billing reference Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in billing and invoicing - Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry In addition, you will be supporting internal and external audits with proper documentation. It is essential to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies. Also, maintaining accurate records of software license purchases, renewals, and IT assets for billing reference will be part of your responsibilities.
