Knowledge of making Sale Bill, E-way bill on GST E-Portal
Can do entry of Purchase Bills, Cash vouchers, Journal voucher.
Send payment reminder through SMS, Email and Letter
Tally ledger with customer & Suppliers
Prepare Receivable and Payable
Prepare reconcile GST portal with account books.
Get freight from Transporters.
Negotiate with transporters to get cheap and best freight quote
Co-ordinate with Transporters and truck driver to get status from loading to delivery.
Accounting and Sale bill making according to Marine, Credit & Transit Insurance policy.
Intimate party time to time about dispatch and delivery status
Bank Reconciliation
Deduction of TDS/TCS wherever require
Keep all files updated related to accounts logistics
