Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B accurately and within statutory deadlines.
• Handle GST reconciliation, input tax credit (ITC), and other GST-related compliance.
• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with clients regarding invoices, outstanding payments, and account-related queries.
• Follow up with clients for payment collection and maintain updated ledgers.
• Assist in TDS calculations, returns, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and coordinate with the CA for finalization of accounts.

Candidate Requirements

• Practical experience in filing GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B is mandatory.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal) are compulsory.
• Must be confident in communicating and coordinating directly with clients.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime,Quick Book, MS Excel, and GST Portal.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting procedures.
• Strong follow-up skills, accuracy, and ability to work independently.
