Job Description

Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents.
Handle GST-related work, including returns, reconciliations, and documentation.
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash and bank records.
Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
Assist in preparing monthly reports, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
Maintain proper records of expenses and vendor payments.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and other departments as required.
Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with applicable tax regulations.

Requirements

Qualification required – B.com (Graduate).
Minimum Experience - 3 years of experience accounts.
Working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and Advance Excel and MIS.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
