Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Maintain and update ledgers, vouchers, invoices, bills, and supporting financial documents.
Perform bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and account verification on a regular basis.
Prepare and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Verify invoices, bills, payment requests, and supporting documents before processing.
Monitor outstanding payments and receivables and coordinate with concerned departments/vendors.
Support GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory accounting/compliance activities.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial records and supporting documents.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records for audit and future reference.
Identify accounting discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required by management.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, approval processes, and accounting procedures.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding accounting and payment-related matters.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
