VibeCrafts is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, taxation, and e-commerce-related financial operations. The ideal candidate should have experience working with a CA firm, a strong understanding of GST compliance for e-commerce sellers, and hands-on expertise in Tally Prime and Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime, including sales, purchase, payment, receipt, journal and bank entries.
• GST Compliance: Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, within the prescribed deadlines.
• GST Reconciliation: Reconcile purchase registers and input tax credit (ITC) with GSTR-2A and GSTR-2B, identify discrepancies, and follow up with vendors for missing invoices or corrections.
• E-commerce Accounting: Handle accounting and GST-related activities for e-commerce sales across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra and other relevant platforms.
• Marketplace Reconciliation: Reconcile marketplace sales, settlements, commissions, fees, refunds, returns, TCS and other deductions with books of accounts and bank statements.
• E-Invoice & E-Way Bills: Generate e-invoices and e-way bills wherever applicable, ensuring compliance with applicable GST requirements.
• TDS Compliance: Calculate and deposit TDS, prepare TDS returns, and maintain the relevant records within statutory deadlines.
• Taxation: Assist in tax calculations, preparation of tax returns and related documentation.
• Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, company policies and statutory regulations.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate accounting records, prepare reconciliation statements and support monthly financial reporting.
• Audit Support: Assist in preparing schedules, supporting documents and records required for internal and statutory audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm.
• Prior experience handling GST filing and accounting for e-commerce sellers is mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Good understanding of GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2A and GSTR-2B.
• Practical knowledge of GST reconciliation, input tax credit, TCS and e-commerce marketplace settlements.
• Knowledge of e-invoicing, e-way bills, TDS payments and TDS return filing.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, sorting and reconciliation formulas.
• Understanding of GST and other applicable statutory compliance requirements.
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience managing GST compliance for sellers operating on multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
• Ability to independently handle routine accounting entries, GST reconciliations and return preparation.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills for resolving vendor, marketplace and reconciliation discrepancies.
• Honest, organized, proactive and willing to learn.

SALARY UPTO:25K Inhand.

Note: Candidates without practical experience in e-commerce accounting and GST compliance may not be suitable for this role.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
