Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support the smooth functioning of the hospital's finance department.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Handle cash, bank transactions, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, journal entries, and financial records.
• Perform bank reconciliation and vendor account reconciliation.
• Manage billing, expense entries, and payment records.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments for bills, invoices, and financial documentation.
• Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documents and records.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to financial policies and procedures.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance's.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Manage petty cash
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Experience in a hospital ,healthcare or CA Firm will be preferred.
• Ability to manage accounting records independently and meet deadlines.
