Job Description

Maintain and update financial records in Tally accounting software.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards as per corporate and government policies.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and regular forecasting.
Conduct regular audits of financial transactions and records.
Prepare tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial reporting and operational processes.
Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
Support the preparation for external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Provide training and support to junior accounting staff and ensure adherence to accounting policies.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance.
