Accountant

As an Accountant with a CA Inter qualification, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and reports. Your responsibilities will include: - Prepare and maintain precise financial records and reports. - Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. - Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. - Maintain general ledger entries and reconcile accounts. - Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations. - Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections. - Generate financial reports using Tally and Excel, analyze financial data to identify trends. - Ensure timely and accurate filing of financial documents and reports. - Assist with audits and provide support during internal and external audits. Qualifications required for this role include: - CA Inter qualified (must have completed CA Intermediate exams). - Proficiency in Tally (working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime). - Advanced Excel skills (knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis). - Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work. - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other regulatory compliance matters. - Prior experience in accounting or a similar role is an advantage. Desirable skills that would be beneficial for this position: - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. - Knowledge of accounting software other than Tally is a plus.
