Job Title: Accountant Company: Airtech Solutions Location: Hadapsar, Pune Contact: 7796666001 About Us: Airtech Solutions is a leading supplier of air compressor spares across India, catering to a wide range of industrial applications. We are also an authorized distributor for MANN & HUMMEL – a renowned German filter manufacturer. With a strong reputation for quality and reliability, we support industrial clients with premium filtration solutions and spares. Position Overview:We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily financial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience with Accounting, be familiar with GST compliance including e-invoicing and e-way bills, and be capable of handling all accounting functions independently. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage invoices and e-invoices as per GST norms Generate and manage e-way bills Share dispatch details with clients/logistics team Handle purchase entry and voucher entry in Tally Record bank transactions and cash entries Manage stock/inventory data and reconciliation Maintain records of salaries and office expenses Oversee day-to-day accounting and cash-related work Ensure timely filing and documentation as per company policy Qualifications:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting Proficiency in Accounting and MS Office (Excel, Word) Knowledge of GST, e-invoicing, and e-way bill portal Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Educational Qualification: B.Com/M.Com or equivalent How to Apply: Interested candidates can call us at 7796666001
