The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, have a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, a robust knowledge of accounting principles and practices, proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Biziverse, Microsoft365, along with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
