Account Transfers Deliver & Receive Exception Processing Analyst- US

Your role As an Authorized Officer of Account Transfers at UBS Financial Services Inc., your primary responsibilities will include: - Processing daily ACAT (Deliver and Receive) transfers to ensure completeness and accuracy of the reports. - Handling rejects that did not transition smoothly due to mismatches between contra firm and UBS within market deadlines. - Supporting new FAs coming over via new recruits function to ensure their client accounts transition correctly. - Providing prompt and accurate responses to systemic requests from Client Branches and email inquiries for broker dealer firms. - Identifying issues and escalating them to the right stakeholders in a timely manner to avoid any financial or firm risk. - Participating in team meetings to share best practices and volume trends. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. - Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up to date and reviewed on an ongoing basis. Your expertise To excel in this role, you will need: - A Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - The ability to multi-task and interact with multiple clients and business partners simultaneously. - High motivation and quick learning ability in a pressured environment. - Strong teamwork skills. - Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. - Strong interpersonal skills. - Flexibility to work night shifts.
