Account Specialist

You will be joining T&N Business Services Pvt. Ltd. as an Account Specialist based in Aligarh. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing day-to-day accounting operations such as journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. - Preparing and maintaining GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. - Generating and managing E-invoices in compliance with GST regulations. - Working extensively on Tally Prime for bookkeeping, reporting, and financial analysis. - Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. - Coordinating with internal teams and external auditors for smooth financial operations. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance. - Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and the E-invoice system. - Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other Indian accounting standards. - Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
