As a Portfolio Monitoring Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to monitor the portfolio on an ongoing basis while strictly adhering to the Credit Monitoring Policy. This includes conducting regular monitoring of the portfolio, organizing Credit Monitoring Committee Meetings, and reporting actionable insights to various authorities. You will be required to constantly monitor events related to borrower accounts and conduct annual reviews of accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for appointments and maintenance of Vendors such as Lenders Independent engineer, Lenders Legal counsel, and Lenders insurance consultant. Your role will involve identifying stress accounts and recommending necessary actions, handling the restructuring of accounts, and conducting portfolio modeling and analysis. Covenant monitoring, coordination with Fincon/accounts, and Budgeting will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be expected to ensure proper MIS and other reporting procedures are in place to provide accurate and timely information to relevant stakeholders. A Diploma/Degree/MBA qualification in a related field will be advantageous for this role.,
