Account Receivable Internship

As an intern at GMO GlobalSign, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to accounts receivable. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing AR duties such as invoicing, investigating chargebacks, discrepancies, and reconciliations. You will also be tasked with drafting accounting summary reports detailing income activity itemized by portfolio and ensuring error-free monthly reconciliations are maintained. Additionally, you will assist in following up on pending claims and be responsible for handling computerized and manual cash batch, data entry, and sale journal tasks. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the accounting processes within the company.
