As an Account Manager for HORECA, your primary responsibility is to develop and update account plans and business plans for the HORECA sector. You will be generating business by personally visiting clients and maintaining regular communication to ensure repeat sales. This includes meeting with Chefs, Purchase Managers, Executives, and Owners of Hotels and Restaurants in your assigned territory. Your role also involves maintaining customer data, conducting client meetings, and delivering client presentations. It is essential to understand the needs of each client and recommend appropriate products and services to meet their requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving any problems or issues in the market and providing troubleshooting support for product complaints. Collaboration with chefs is a key aspect of this role, along with conducting regular meetings and follow-ups with top officials such as F&B Managers, Chefs, and Purchase decision makers of esteemed chains and groups to establish local tie-ups. Your proactive approach in building relationships and driving business growth will be crucial for success in this position.,
