Account Manager/Account Executive

As an Accountant in our company, your role will involve assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. You will be responsible for reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliations. Your duties will also include preparing and examining financial records, statements, and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including GST regulations. Additionally, you will manage the preparation and filing of GST returns, including GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, GSTR 9, and other applicable returns. Key Responsibilities: - Stay updated on changes to GST regulations - Process job work returns accurately - Manage e-way bill generation and compliance - Handle TDS liability and compliance - Manage TCS compliance - Support external audits related to GST, job work, TDS, and TCS - Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies - Provide financial analysis and support for special projects Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - 7+ years of experience as an Accountant with a focus on GST compliance - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel - Strong understanding of GAAP and GST regulations - Experience in preparing and filing GST returns, job work returns, e-way bill, TDS liability, and TCS processes - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills In addition to these responsibilities and qualifications, our company offers paid time off as a benefit.
