Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Account Manager (Influencer Marketing & Content Strategy) to drive client relationships, oversee influencer campaigns, and craft impactful content strategies. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking, creativity, and execution excellence to deliver campaigns that meet client objectives and elevate brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, nurturing strong and lasting relationships.
  • Understand client objectives, audiences, and KPIs to design tailored influencer and content strategies.
  • Present campaign ideas, updates, and performance reports with clarity and impact.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, plan, and manage influencer-led campaigns from brief to delivery.
  • Identify and recruit relevant influencers aligned with brand values and campaign goals.
  • Coordinate influencer briefings, content approvals, and live campaign monitoring to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track, measure, and optimize campaign performance in real time against KPIs.

Content Strategy & Brand Communication

  • Build and oversee campaign content calendars and messaging strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize innovative content aligned with brand positioning.
  • Stay updated on digital platform trends to recommend forward-thinking content approaches.

Performance & Insights

  • Analyze campaign metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to assess effectiveness.
  • Deliver post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future improvement.

Team & Industry Collaboration

  • Partner with creative, influencer relations, and analytics teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and growth.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platforms, and emerging influencer opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Experience:

  • 2+ years in influencer marketing, content strategy, or digital account management.
  • Proven record of executing end-to-end influencer campaigns within an agency or brand setup.
  • Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of influencer platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from campaign data.
  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling.

Preferred:

  • Experience with influencer marketing tools (e.g., AspireIQ, Upfluence, Traackr).
  • Established relationships with influencers and creators.
  • Understanding of paid social amplification strategies.
