Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to develop new business opportunities, acquire clients, and manage existing client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a strong client network, excellent negotiation skills, and experience in US staffing and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Develop business through networking, referrals, and direct client engagement.
• Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and business agreements.
• Work with W2, C2C, and contract staffing models.
• Achieve business development targets and drive revenue growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Account Management or Business Development.
• Strong client network and relationship management skills.
• Experience in client acquisition and new business development.
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, and contract staffing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate new business and manage multiple client accounts.
