Account Manager - Business Intelligence

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Delivery Lead with deep expertise in IBM Cognos to spearhead the rollout and delivery of enterprise-scale BI projects. The ideal candidate will be capable of driving end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality, responsiveness, and performance of analytics solutions. Experience with other BI platforms like Power BI, Looker, or Datorama is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Lead the delivery and implementation of scalable BI solutions usingIBM Cognos. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Design and implementcustom, device-responsive layoutsfor dashboards and reports. Integrate dynamic data sources, enablingreal-time or near-real-time data updates. Utilize advancedcharting librariesto create visually engaging and informative data visualizations. Apply frontend and backendscripting frameworksto extend dashboard capabilities and interactivity. Ensure BI solutions are optimized for performance, maintainability, and usability. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior developers or analysts on BI best practices and delivery standards. Required Skills & Experience:4 to 5 years of hands-on experience withIBM Cognos BItools. Proven experience leading large-scale BI/analytics projects from design through deployment. Strong understanding ofresponsive dashboard designand UI/UX best practices. Proficiency withscripting languages and frameworksfor both frontend (JavaScript, HTML/CSS) and backend (e.g., Python, SQL) - Good to have not mandatory Expertise in integratingcharting and visualization libraries(e.g., D3.js, Highcharts)-Good to have not mandatory Familiarity with other BI tools such asPower BI, Looker, or Datoramais a plus.
