Job Description

Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Record purchase bills, sales invoices, payment vouchers, receipt vouchers, and journal entries.
Maintain cash book, bank book, and general ledger.
Handle vendor and customer accounts and maintain outstanding payment records.
Verify supplier invoices, expense bills, and supporting documents.
Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Maintain petty cash records and prepare expense statements.
Coordinate with the purchase, stores, and sales departments for invoices and supporting documents.
Assist in inventory-related accounting entries and stock record verification.
Follow up with vendors and customers regarding pending bills and outstanding payments.
Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents.
Assist the Senior Accountant in preparing monthly reports and financial statements.
Support audit activities by providing required accounting records and documents.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
